BOMA is an international standard for measuring leasable area in Office and Industrial buildings.
ANSI / BOMA Z65.1-1996 is used for office developments and BOMA / SIOR 2004 is used for Industrial / warehouse type developments.
In these challenging economic times, it is now more important than ever for developers / landlords and tenants to have accurate BOMA calculations prepared. Developers need the reassurance they are maximizing their returns on their investment; and tenants need to be at ease they are not over paying for their office space.
We prepare professional BOMA calculations for both Office and Industrial projects, our projects are predominantly in Eastern Europe and the CIS; our calculations can be based on available digital drawings or a physical survey.
We have extensive experience in the Russian real estate market; we are also a member of the Russian BOMA Association.
